What is your impression of Mr. Electric?
We’ve been doing this for many years and are happy to say that we have seen steady growth since the beginning. It has been easier to plan our growth and delegate responsibilities since joining the Mr. Electric franchise family.

Working within the system allows us the free time we need to look forward and prepare for the future, rather than just running from one day to the next. The guidance, support and friendship of our Mr. Electric franchise family makes this possible.

Have there been any unexpected benefits of opening a Mr. Electric franchise?
The most unexpected benefit has been the lifelong friendships we have made with other Mr. Electric franchisee owners. We are able to share our business challenges and successes with each other and get feedback on how to handle them from someone who “has been there, done that.” Best of all, we get to spend time together as friends several times a year, like at the annual Reunion and Conference.

How useful has the annual Spring Conference been to you as a Mr. Electric franchise owner?
I look forward to the annual Mr. Electric conference every year. Just when burn-out is starting to set in, I get to go to the conference and get motivated all over again. We get to spend time with very good friends and hear new ideas, marketing strategies and problem solving from others who are doing the same thing we are.

What would you say to independent electrical contractors looking to take their business to the next level?
The Mr. Electric system is a wonderful business plan with all the steps ready for them to follow. They could become a part of a growing national company that is building a great brand name. 

They would also have many other experienced franchise owners ready to help them in any way.
