Mr. Rooter Thankful for New Franchises in November

WACO, Texas (Nov. 30, 2009) – This Thanksgiving, Mr. Rooter Corporation is thankful for the new franchisees who joined the Mr. Rooter plumbing family.

In November, these new owners attended a basic training course at the company’s corporate office in Waco, Texas:

• Duncan and Kathy St. Croix - Cayuga and Madison Counties in New York
• John Fred - Nassau County in New York
• John Anthony Fred, technician, and Socorro Conley, office manager - Nassau County in New York
• Shane McVay - Bullock, Macon and Russell Counties in Alabama and Chattahoochee and Stewart Counties in Georgia
• Ted Britt - Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby and Spencer Counties in Kentucky
• Larry Luenser – general manager at the Mr. Rooter franchise in Coconino and Yavapai Counties in Arizona

Basic training includes classes on best practices, management and leadership techniques, customer service and marketing.
