Receive the Training You Need for Your Appliance Repair Franchise!
Our Mr. Appliance franchisees come from all types of professional backgrounds. Some are familiar with appliance repair, others are business-savvy entrepreneurs, and many are first-time potential business owners. Fortunately, we provide the training that is essential to operating a successful appliance repair business. Training covers technical procedures, business management, and coaching that continues even after the franchise launches.
We offer three training phases for Mr. Appliance franchisees, which include the following:
- Phase 1 – Initial Training: The franchisee is introduced to the Mr. Appliance system. Includes a welcome call with a Sure Start Coordinator, webinars, self-paced training, etc. and lasts about one week.
- Phase 2 – MRA Business Training: The franchisee receives a practical overview of the Mr. Appliance systems at our corporate office and meets the Mr. Appliance support staff and other franchisees during a one-week training on site in Waco, TX.
- Phase 3 – Preparation for Opening: The franchisee receives instruction on how to complete various steps for getting the franchise up and running, covering business setup, van logistics, software and marketing, and hiring. This takes place within 10 weeks of the opening.
Benefit From Ongoing Support!
Around the time of the soft opening, the franchisee receives guidance from a Sure Start Coordinator for the next two to four weeks. After that, the franchisee begins working with a franchise consultant who will visit the new Mr. Appliance location within four to eight weeks of its opening. The franchisee will also receive ongoing support from our Mr. Appliance team.
