Mr. Appliance Welcomes Two New Franchise Owners
WACO, Texas (May 28, 2009) — Mr. Appliance Corp., the world’s largest appliance repair franchise, welcomed two new franchise locations during basic training this week.
Michael Pieniazek, from Thamesford, Ontario, Canada, gained experience as a business owner when he owned a pizza franchise for six years. Pieniazek was most recently in the automotive industry for 10 years. He decided he wanted to switch industries and own his own business again and found Mr. Appliance to be a perfect fit.
Steve French, from Howell, Mich., has a background in industrial operations and was also most recently in the automotive industry. He and his son, Kyle French, decided to open a business together and knew the systems at Mr. Appliance would help them run a more efficient business while providing world-class service to their customers.
The new franchise owners attended five days of training at Mr. Appliance Corp. headquarters this week. They learned about the latest technology and customer service techniques, as well as how to market their business and streamline their office systems.
