Mr. Rooter Expands With Addition of Two New Franchises
WACO, Texas (June 22, 2009) – Despite the tough economy, Mr. Rooter Corporation continues to grow with the addition of two new franchisees. New owners attended a one week basic training course on best practices, management and leadership techniques, customer service and marketing at the company’s corporate office in June.
Those attending were:
- Stacy Miskew, who purchased the Mr. Rooter franchise in Edmonton and Red Deer franchise in Alberta
- Pete and Maria Torres, who will open a Mr. Rooter franchise in Abilene, Texas
“We’re delighted to see Stacy, Pete and Maria join our team,” said Mary Kennedy Thompson, president of Mr. Rooter Corporation. “We’re ready to help them grow their businesses.”
Mr. Rooter Plumbing has an established and professional system. For example, technicians wear covers over their shoes inside the customer’s home or business to protect their property. They also give a customer the price before work is done, using a menu pricing guide to ensure there are no surprises about the cost of service.
