Mr. Appliance Welcomes Four New Franchise Locations

WACO, Texas (March 11, 2009) – Mr. Appliance Corp., the world’s largest appliance repair franchise, welcomes four new franchise locations to the Mr. Appliance family.

Antoinette Bott, from Carson City, Nev., already has years of experience working for Mr. Appliance. She worked with the franchise in Las Vegas and then became the office manager for the Carson City location. Bott recently reached her long-time goal of owning a franchise when she purchased the Carson City location from the previous owner. Bott said she can’t wait to get back to serving her community, and she knows the support and systems at Mr. Appliance will help make her franchise even stronger in the future.

Susan Eriksen, from Waukee, Iowa, comes to Mr. Appliance from the banking industry. She will be relocating to the Kansas City, Mo. area to open her new franchise. Eriksen is looking forward to serving her new community and is glad to work with a company that values customer service as much as she does.

Jonathan Martin, from Tyler, Texas, is no stranger to the appliance repair industry. He owned an existing appliance repair company in the area and decided he wanted to expand his horizons, so he purchased a nearby Mr. Appliance from the previous owner. Martin is excited to spread his wings, and is glad to have the support of Mr. Appliance as he grows his new and improved business.

John Hubert and Deb Hunter, from Tucson, Ariz., have owned their own computer business for the past few years. They recently decided it was time for a change, and Mr. Appliance seemed to be a perfect fit for their new business adventure.

The new franchise owners attended five days of training at Mr. Appliance Corp. headquarters in February. They learned about the latest technology and customer service techniques, as well as how to market their business and streamline their office systems.
