The Dwyer Group Announces its 30 Years of Champions Annual Reunion

Company to host 30th Annual Dwyer Group Reunion in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana

WACO, Texas – (September 14, 2011) -- The Dwyer Group, Inc. will be hosting their 30th annual Dwyer Group Reunion in downtown Indianapolis, October 19-22 at the J.W. Marriott.

The reunion is also a celebration of The Dwyer Group’s 30th anniversary, and is open to all franchisees in any of The Dwyer Group’s seven main concepts. At the reunion, franchisees will have the opportunity to attend a variety of orientations and presentations, and can also use the time to develop relationships with many of The Dwyer Group’s top suppliers and vendors.

Each day of the reunion is filled with helpful, encouraging sessions to help franchisees grow their businesses and improve their personal organization, motivation and leadership abilities. A tentative agenda slates Wednesday, October 19 as a day for guest registration and a vendor reception. The morning of Thursday, October 20 involves guest registration, a continental breakfast, welcome and opening ceremonies, and an opening convention session with keynote speaker Fred Reichheld. Mr. Reichheld is the founder of Bain & Company’s Loyalty Practice, which helps companies achieve results through customer and employee loyalty. His work has appeared in The Harvard Business Review, the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, Fortune, Business Week and the Economist.

After lunch, there will be presentations about history and growth by Executive Vice President of The Dwyer Group, Robert Tunmire, as well as a lecture on business success by the Franchise Director of Aire Serv, Bruce Knudson. After some company overviews, the Dwyer Group Annual Awards will be given out. Friday, October 21 involves a breakfast and then the 7 individual company overviews, with a farewell fellowship breakfast given on Saturday, October 22.
