Five New Franchisees Attend Mr. Rooter Training in February
WACO, Texas (March 11, 2009) – As the wintry weather disappears, Mr. Rooter has new franchises springing up.
The following people attended a five-day basic training course on best practices, customer service techniques and marketing methods during the month of February:
- Jon, Dudley and Bryan Commander from West Palm Beach, Fla.
- Mike and Cheryl Geddings from Rock Hill, S.C.
- Tully and Natasha Kerr from Lubbock, Texas
- Michael and Karen Kura from Suisun City, Calif.
- Justin Tillman and Jim Tillman from Tallahassee, Fla.
“This is a talented and knowledgeable group of new franchisees,” said Mary Kennedy Thompson, president of Mr. Rooter Corporation. “We’re helping these owners develop their business by educating them on how to create outstanding customer experiences.”
Mr. Rooter has an established and professional system. For example, technicians wear covers over their shoes inside the customer’s home or business to protect and respect their property. They also use an upfront menu pricing guide so there are no surprises about the cost of service calls.
