Aire Serv Announces Home Comfort Giveaway Winner

WACO, Texas (June 18, 2010) – Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is excited to announce its winners of the Home Comfort Giveaway.  Our grand prize winner receives a complete heating and air conditioning system for their home worth up to $10,000. In addition, the first prize winner receives a heating and cooling system worth up to $5,000.

The winners were selected from an Aire Serv franchise service area. The Grand Prize winner is Janice Leigh, of Somerset, Ky. Leigh’s winning entry was chosen randomly from 3,802 entries who responded to announcements of the sweepstakes, which ran from Feb. 1, 2010 through April 30, 2010, by entering online.

“We’ve just completed our first North American sweepstakes and it’s a tremendous tool for our franchisees. Sweepstakes and giveaways are popular ways to get customers in the door and not often used in heating and air conditioning businesses,” said Doyle James, president of Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. “We’ve gone through all the necessary steps to do this right and focused on customers that are important to our franchise owners.”

Leigh was unable to purchase a new system after her 11-year-old heat pump stopped working in 2008. Leigh commented that with her health issues, she “can’t describe how phenomenal it is to be comfortable year round.”

“It’s exciting to find such a worthy homeowner – to have someone that really benefits from the new system – win our contest,” added James.

The focus of the contest was to draw attention to a newly re-designed website, www.AireServ.com, that launched in January and to engage customers by showing them why Aire Serv is their “Comfort Company.” The Home Comfort Giveaway contest entry form featured options for entrants to request free home estimates on heating and air conditioning replacement systems, information on energy efficiency and more.
