Waco, Texas (May 13, 2009) – The following people attended a five-day basic training course on best practices, customer service techniques and marketing methods:
- Jason Beaver from St. Marys, Ga.
- Hal Conger from Winterville, N.C.
- Jim Eisinger from Wantagh, N.Y.
- Bill Pascall from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, in Canada
- David and Darilyn Selby from Midland, Texas
“We are delighted to grow our Mr. Rooter brand, especially during this tough economy,” said Mary Kennedy Thompson, president of Mr. Rooter Corporation. “We want to help these new franchisees grow their business and assist them in bringing new jobs to their areas.”
Mr. Rooter has an established and professional system. For example, technicians wear covers over their shoes inside the customer’s home or business to protect and respect their property. They also give a customer the price before work is done, using a menu pricing guide to ensure there are no surprises about the cost of service.
